Can't Manage subscription

Hi

I wish to have *access* to  my subscription and billing area but the button ' MANAGE RENEWALS' doesn't work. It takes me to the store front: https://www.autodesk.com/buy-online

I also cannot look up my order because links provided also take me to the store front: https://www.autodesk.com/buy-online

I have cleared cache and tested in different browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Edge

Autodesk simply won't allow me to access my billing info??????

Any help would be appreciated thanks,

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

This is a user based forum so we have no access to troubleshoot this.  As of last week, users were experiencing issues with Autodesk Account but it supposed to be resolved but as you can see the banner is still on top of the forums.  Anyhow if you're truly the contract manager for your subscription you should be able to, so I would recommend that you chat with an Autodesk Agent >>here<< and tell them what's going on.
