Assign tool for operation in toolbar view

Hi there, 

It would be very useful If we would have option to assign operation or tool to another operation or tool in the tool selection view. 

Short but useful.

Hope to see this feature in the future,

since this is HSMWorks probably wont happen, it is in maintenance mode now, no new stuff, only bug fixes
