Update failed to complete Fusion 360 Student on MacOS Catalina 10.15.3

Hello,

I'm new to posting on forums so I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I'm using Fusion 360 Education License on an iMac 21.5 in Late 2015. I noticed that under job status, it has a 1 and upon clicking it, I get a message saying "The update failed to complete. Check your internet connection and restart your computer when you're ready. If it fails again, get the diagnostic log and contact us through the Fusion 360 Help & Support forum for help."

I went ahead and made sure I was working online, closed fusion 360, restarted my computer and when I opened fusion again, the same message appeared. I'm able to use fusion but when I try loading stuff from McMaster-Carr, I have to go through their website, download the file and upload it to my data panel manually. I wonder if this issue has anything to do with this update not being able to download or if it's a whole other issue in it's self.

Attached is the diagnostic log (what comes up when clicking on the message link. I hope anyone can be of help or point me in the right direction. If any additional information is needed, let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! For persistent "failed to update" issues I recommend a clean uninstall/reinstall of Fusion. I hope this helps!
