Issue with accessing Fusion 360 - "Autodesk Identity Manager" error

Hello everyone,
I am having an issue accessing Fusion 360. After opening Google Chrome, the program unexpectedly closed and since then I have been unable to launch Autodesk Fusion 360. Whenever I try to launch the program, I receive an error message that says "A software problem caused Autodesk Identity Manager to close unexpectedly". I have already followed the steps provided in the Autodesk Knowledge Base, including:
- Using the Autodesk Service Utility to run a network diagnostic test and receiving a positive result
- Disabling my antivirus and firewall to eliminate any possible conflicts
- Update the system and graphic card (only one)
I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Autodesk Fusion 360, and checking the updates, but the problem persists.
However, the issue still persists and I am unable to send error reports. I would kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
Could you suggest a solution or any additional steps that I could take to fix the problem?
