Hello everyone,
I am having an issue accessing Fusion 360. After opening Google Chrome, the program unexpectedly closed and since then I have been unable to launch Autodesk Fusion 360. Whenever I try to launch the program, I receive an error message that says "A software problem caused Autodesk Identity Manager to close unexpectedly". I have already followed the steps provided in the Autodesk Knowledge Base, including:
I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Autodesk Fusion 360, and checking the updates, but the problem persists.
However, the issue still persists and I am unable to send error reports. I would kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
Could you suggest a solution or any additional steps that I could take to fix the problem?
Thank you in advance for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Hi alvaro.pinkish,

Besides, from the symptoms it looks similar to https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/fusion-360-crashing-on-startup-after-april-update/... which was resolved by re-installing adsso. Not sure whether it is the same case. If you adsso version is old, would you mind upgrading adsso to check whether it can solve your issue?
