Fusion 360 "Unable to connect to the internet, Please check your network connection. You need to sign into your Autodesk Account to use Fusion 360"

Im getting the following error when I try to start with a fresh install of Fusion 360 "Unable to connect to the internet, Please check your network connection. You need to sign into your Autodesk Account to use Fusion 360". Ive attempted some of the fixes people have suggested with similar issues such as checking the firewall settings and cleaning the computer of Fusion 360 for a fresh install but none have worked. Any help would be appreciated. Ive attached the log file from the error.
