Hi Iulius Furtun,

Could you please attach the file for us to investigate?

Thanks,

Ok, I see that when I change from the default STOCK ID setting in the radii tab to model ID it will generate the correct path.

We normally leave it on STOCK ID when we do OD operations.

attached the file with two setups good and bad :).

Thanks

Just adding to this post, as my turning toolpath issue seems to have occurred since the new update also.

Basically the turning template toolpath I was using for external roughing/finishing since the update now continues through the job to the centre as per first screenshot.

It seems to be related to the Offset (3.1mm) that I added previously to the Back under the Geometry tab, when I removed this offset and added a 3.1mm Tangential Extension instead it seemed to correct itself.

This isn't a major issue, I can amend my templates and any Bushes previously using the offset instead of Tangential Extension, but why was it working just fine before and now it isn't?  Will this be reverted?

I've attached a Bush I'm working on but I've tested with several other bush drawings and even created a new drawing and the offset still creates a incorrect toolpath.

Thanks for any help with this.

So sorry for this issue! We have logged it internally as CAM-20795. There are a couple workarounds; A) deliberately selecting diameters and being more specific in your selections, or B) it appears that the old turning toolpath is free from this issue, if you want to turn that Feature Flag back on in Preferences.
