Currently the 'Escalations' in the system are logged in AS IF the last user to execute a WF Action is the one who has performed the escalation. This is confusing and very misleading. The request if for the system to perform the escalation using a 'System Admin' user of some sort to prevent reporting issues on this and confusion by users.

Consider a typical workflow with multiple traversal paths from start to finish. If one needs to know the traversal path in such workflow, it is time consuming because he/she has to go through the workflow history log to identify it. It would be a great feature to show/highlight the traversal path on the workflow for ease/quick understanding of the workflow and the nature of the items released on it.

It would be useful to be able to click on any workflow state in the map to see who can perform each transition, not just the current state.

Would be great to create predefined pick-list that can be used within workflow comments. (an example of this would be Autodesk Vault). Using this we could cut down on and expand the functions and ways use the workflow actions along with back-end scripting using the keywords defined in the comments section.
