It would be great if admin could set a users delegations. As users are still getting accustomed to using PLM, sorry Fusion, they often forget to set delegations when they are out of the office for vacation. As a result of this, admin have to manually swap user1 out for user2 on each of the projects that user1 was working on and then swap them back once they return to work.

Hello, I was just curious if inside the Users Profile there could be a field for FAX: and PHONE: ... Certain documents we have in our Tenant currenly has the specific user fill fields out for their PHONE and FAX. It would be nice to pull these fields in from their profile and not have the user worry about fat fingering anything. Very Respectfully,
