Hello, Currently it's possible to view ACC and BIM files with the Autodesk Viewer using a 2-legged token, but this does not work for attachment files from Fusion 360 Manage. When trying to use a two-legged token in the viewer for a F360M attachment, the response is HTTP 401 (Unauthorized) for all derivatives requests. We have created an add-in for Microsoft Office Word and Excel to be able to check in/out files to Fusion 360 Manage directly from Word/Excel. We can also search for items/files from the add-in.   We are looking at improving the workflow and are discussing ways of finding where the file is coming from if a user downloads the file directly from F360M instead of check-out from the Office application.   It would be great if it was possible to read from some property on the downloaded file which item the file is attached to.   So our idea: When a user uploads or downloads files (attachments) to Fusion 360 Manage, F360M should give the file a property containing dmsID, URN, URL, or item descriptor - or any other property making it possible to find the specific item via the API.   Example: dmsID written to Details -> Code Show More

For the access with API wie can create a Client ID and clientSecret. With this we can identify, if we are allowed to have access to the Tenant. The clientID has to put in the Security from the Tenant. However, we have no note field for the clientID. At the moment, the list is getting longer and longer. We don't know, if the clientID is used anymore. Who is the owner? When was it used the last time? If the list contains no longer used clientID, that is a potential risk. We need a field for adding information. At the moment, we can delete all clientID and then we have to wait, when and who screams, because it is no longer working. However, this is not a sensible practice and will create extra work and interruptions on the customers side.   Show More

Hello, Idea for the following Tabs (Only An Example)     Relationship     Managed Items     Where Used It might be worth incorporating pagination here and only load [25, 50, 100] items at time I have been just running some tests as I am curious to understand maximum capacity off how long tab's take to load...and obviously once you start loading a lot of relationships it takes way too long to load. But also it's worth noting that when too many relationships are created finding them becomes that much harder, so my suggestion is the following:   Pagination To Show Only [25, 50, 100] Records At a Time, (Default to 25 For Maximum Performance). Filter Button Either On Each Column or a Button At The Top Where You Can Specify Search Criteria For Example, Item Descriptor ,Workspace  or even Current State. This would allow the solution to be much more scale-able, and also you would be adding additional filters to the V3 API to be able to extract relationships based on filtered criteria, therefore causing less of a resource burden on your servers pulling everything down when it's not required.   Happy To Discuss Further    Thanks, Ashley   @lee.dodds1  Show More

It would be so helpful to post code and have it reviewed and improved by fellow users.   It would be so much easier than searching the forums for the derived field code that's lost in an obscure forum title.   Truly modular and functional Library scripts could be easily used for new tenants. Currently it is not possible to create new projects in a Fusion Team hub via the Data Management API of Forge. However we got the information that this is possible via an unofficial API for Fusion Team. We would like to have that unofficial API officially released or the feature added to the Data Management API. This will help a lot to better automate our hub/project management for the collaboration via Fusion Team. Show More

My idea is the following: It is possible to introduce project planning with phases, workflows, tasks, teams and persons in FLC. Once all this is implemented, the step to resource planning of people and teams is only a small step. How could we use a combination of FLC tasks and Microsoft Outlook appointments and tasks to create an agile and easy to use resource planning? How could we send FLC tasks to a Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server via a workflow action and synchronize them back when appointments are moved?   Is there already a possible solution here? Is there already an implementation guide here? With which interface (FLC REST API, Microsoft Graph, Office 365 APIs, Outlook REST API (v2.0) etc.) can we create a task? ) could this idea be implemented?   Show More
