Fusion Lifecycle doesn't warn about the references upon deleting an item. This seemed bit crazy to me in the following scenarios.
1. When item is on a BOM. The parent BOM still tries to reference the item which was deleted causing confusion.
2. When item is an affected item on a change order/notice. As you now a working revision of an item can only be on a single change order/notice to get it released. When a change order/notice with bunch of items is deleted, none of the affected items on the deleted change order/notice can be put on on other change order/notice to get them released unless admin/user finds the deleted change order/notice and remove the affected items from it.
I believe that warning the user about all the references of item being deleted upon delete is a good idea. This would allow the user to decide upfront while attempting to delete considering the implications of it.
