When going to the Dashboard, My Outstanding work Icon must be selected in order for the Dashboard to be refreshed. Besides the issue of the refresh taking forever, you should not have to refresh it manually when moving from root menus (Main Menu, Reports, Tools, Admin. etc.) it should automatically refresh when moving from any one of the root locations and any of their subs. This causes issues with users not knowing if their "to do" list of outstanding work is up to date or not. It should act like any of the other screens/segments of a screen. Automatically updating when moving to or from. This should include all types of outstanding work, i.e. Change Orders. Change Request,. etc.

It would be nice to see an indication that an item is on an active change in the Workspace view. (see attachment) This information is currently displayed on BOM data but it would be nice to see even before going to a particular item. Ideally clicking on the indicator should take you to the change in process. Best regards, Ron Moore

To have a better visibility if an item is on change, it would be nice to have a "On Change" stamp on the item header or next to the Related Changes tab (similar to the stamp in Classic).

I'd like to see the ability to set the Lifecycle of a part during creation. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem easily possible with scripting. My workflow involves creating new designs weekly. Almost always these parts go straight into "In Design", but when the part is new, the state is "Unreleased" - I need to create an ECO to change the Lifecycle state. I'd prefer to keep my Change Order workspace clean with actual changes. I think this could be done through the import tool, but it's over-kill for singular parts.

It has been observed that the items on an existing change order (we call it change notice, CN) are not available for future change orders when it gets deleted. The workaround to this issue is to revive the change order and remove the affected items from it to be available for future change orders. But, we believe that items on existing change orders which are marked for delete should be available for future change orders to make tool much intuitive.
