If you have required Fields, it validates that the value for a given field is entered. If not, it is marked and displayed with a red frame.   This is a great help for the User. You can see, what is missing.     Somthing similar would be great to have for validation. At the moment, you can validate fields. If needed, you can push a message to the User. Some Workspaces can have several sections, and in any section multiple fields. This can make it difficult to the User to finde the correct field, that must be updated or needs to be corrected. If in the script can be, like the push message, fields be marked. That would be a great improvement. User can find the field more simple with visual help and get the message.  Show More

One of our clients is seeking PLM capabilities that are more mobile-friendly. The current web-based version on mobile devices is inconvenient with overlapping fields and difficult scrolling (see snip below). Is Autodesk planning to address this in future updates? They reviewed with PLM with senior management, the feedback is that they desire a solution that is better suited for mobile use. Please consider this as a potential area for future development. At the moment the window to show the people, able to perform workflow transitions, is not very useful.   Possible improvement: Allow to rearrange the size of the window. The window in the moment is very small and it is difficult to find the responsible person for a workflow transitions (see image). Show More

For the access with API wie can create a Client ID and clientSecret. With this we can identify, if we are allowed to have access to the Tenant. The clientID has to put in the Security from the Tenant. However, we have no note field for the clientID. At the moment, the list is getting longer and longer. We don't know, if the clientID is used anymore. Who is the owner? When was it used the last time? If the list contains no longer used clientID, that is a potential risk. We need a field for adding information. At the moment, we can delete all clientID and then we have to wait, when and who screams, because it is no longer working. However, this is not a sensible practice and will create extra work and interruptions on the customers side.   Show More

If you want to search something, as emxample an aritcle, you must first click on the small magnifying glass. Then you can enter the content you want search. If you use it very often, it would be helpful, if the search field is always available without clicking first on the magnifying glass. Perhaps, it has an impact in performance. In case of that, is it possible to set a ckeck mark in the personal settings, if you want to use this functionallity or not. This could be a small user enhancement. Show More
