Improvements to the Community Experience for Students & Educators!

Hi everyone 👋!

We are so excited to share some of the improvements to our Community that we have been working very hard on!

Earlier today, as part of our drive to improve the Community experience for Education users, we created a new area on the Autodesk Community called the Students & Educators Community. This new community space includes all aspects of community for education in a single place.

The Fusion 360 Educators forum has joined the forum, blogs, knowledge base articles & events from the Student Group Hub, and a new Education Installation, Licensing & Administration board to create a single community space for ALL education users, the Students & Educators Community.

The new Educational Installation, Licensing & Administration forum will ensure that all education users can get the best possible support without needing to sort through posts about commercial license issues and allow the Fusion 360 Educators forum to focus more on educator collaboration, discussion and connection. In this new forum, you can create a post and receive help on getting up and running with your education licenses faster. All of the team members that you know from the Fusion 360 Educators forum will still be around to provide support, and we’re always looking for community members who can step up and provide answers to their fellow educators.

As part of this change, you now have access to a host of new features previously reserved for students only. The Education Voices Blog will provide enrichment content to help you in your work or that you can share with your students. You can also author your own articles to share them with the broader community of students & educators. If you are interested in writing a blog, feel free to reach out to me or @LeoWarren-EDU. I would love to work with you!

We also have a new Education Events page, which shows all of the upcoming events and webinars that we are running for Education at Autodesk, such as the Back to School webinar series that will be running in mid-September to help you as you start the academic year!

Whilst the Fusion 360 Educators forum is accessible from the new Students & Educators Community, don’t worry, it is still accessible from the Fusion 360 Category as it always has been! We can’t wait for you to see our new community space and take full advantage of the amazing new features we are adding!

Your Education Community Managers,
Oliver, Dan & Leo

It's great to have a community for students and teachers, thank you.

Can't find what you're looking for? Ask the community or share your knowledge.

You've got Fusion.
