Does anyone know the mathematical method that Fusion 360 uses for topology optimization?

The software uses FEA tool for optimizing its result. The process of Topology optimization consists of

- Creating a finite element model

- Applying boundary conditions

- Preserve region tool

- Create a finite element mesh

- Refine the mesh
