Simple Improvements to Browser

Simple Improvements to Browser

A few things that I think will make the browser a bit quicker to navigate (if they are already options that I have not yet found please let me know);

1. When you click an arrow to expand the contents of a level, the level you are expanding will jump part way up the browser, away from your mouse cursor, to show more of the items in it on the screen.  This is annoying as my eye is looking at my mouse cursor, I then have to look up and down the browser to find where the top of the level I have just expanded has jumped to.  I think it would be better that when you clicked an arrow to expand a level the arrow and level stay with your cursor so you can simple scroll down it to find what you want.

2. Increase the speed at which you can scroll up and down the browser with your mouse scroll wheel so you can more quickly go from top to bottom with less scrolls of the wheel.

3. All the items in each level are shaded the same colour; grey.  So although the levels are indented it is actually quite difficult to distinguish between them.  If each different level was shaded a different colour you could more quickly see the levels and distinguish which is which.

4. When you select to 'Find in the Browser' it does this and highlights it with a faint broken line.  I think a big fat black solid line would be much quicker to spot.  It would also be better that it only expanded and highlighted what you have selected to find, rather than each of the levels as you have to work your way down the structure with your eye rather than just look at the item you have highlighted.

5. When direct modelling the features are just shown as a long list.  Instead put them in a 'Features' folder much like 'Bodies' and 'Sketches' etc.

Just a few thoughts.

Regards,

Steve
