I'm working in sheetmetal, and having F360 say "Unfold failed" without any more information is particularly frustrating. Rather than leaving us to guess what needs to be adjusted, just unfold it anyway and mark the conflicts in red. Let us see the problem and take measurements to see how much something has to be moved, rather than a series of guesses to try to guess the clearance needed.
Oh, and having the "More info" link on the error dialog come up as "Unfolding failed" isn't exactly what I'd call more info.
