Quick: on the Fly Parameter Definition

You should be able to start typing the parameter name and it'll auto-populate today.

@keqingsong I believe the question here was not to have autocomplete for parameter names but to be able to create parameters while using the dimensioning tool.

As such, I do not believe this idea is implemented.
