Currently there is no way to create a (local) render queue to process later, or at least at the end of creating the render queue.
If you have your views already set up and you want to process a series of renders (locally or in the cloud) you have to go through the process of submitting one by one, whilst a previous render is being performed (when done locally), this is a rather slow process on complex models and you have to wait through it to submit the next render.
My First suggestion is to simplify the queueing process by allowing to submit renders rapidly to queue and postponing all the processing and rendering until you press a 'Process Render Queue' button. This would make sense for either local or cloud renders.
My Second suggestion is the ability to Schedule the local render queue processing, with the ability to wake the computer and sending it to sleep after it's done, in order to be able to process renders during the night.
Thirdly, an option to submit 'Bulk Renders' to the queue by selecting which pre-saved views you want to render, all with the same render settings.
To Summarize:
Render --> Local/Cloud --> Individual Render/Bulk --> Add to Queue/Render Now
If there is a Render Queue: Process Queue/Add to the Queue/Schedule Queue(local only)
