When using a CNC plasma to cut sheet something very useful is the ability to center pierce guide holes for your drill. If Fusion could path holes (with a less than diameter set threshold) and sketch points to be "pierce-able" like Sheetcam and some other dedicated plasma processors plasma guys would really appreciate it.
The problem is CNC plasma for small features is not very accurate so smaller holes often are not round and thus inaccuracies show themselves when you drill out the holes to size. Center piercing is the best way to get an accurate guide hole with CNC plasma.
