move rotate for sketch planes / cplanes

while I like the parametric feature of sketch planes on cplanes it really slows down the workflow when I cannot move a cplane via drag n drop

but have to go into the cplane offset or so to edit the feature.

so I would welcome a simple move rotate compand for the cplane so I can better create and adjust the position of sketches.

in a surface modeler like Alias I can just select a curve move it and then the surface adjustes

in fusion I have to go back in time and adjust the cplane command ...
