|   #Autodesk I'm truly one of your Greatest Admirators, but the truth must be told. Autodesk Fusion 360 it's absurdly unstable. It works "well" until you design simple geometries, simple forms. But when you dare to swap towards way more complex geometries, designs, etc.. Like Creating a Vehicle, a tool or something like that. The Crashes begin to appear, and NOT always the auto-backup recovery works. So i'm always forced to Save file after file like: 3dmodel_01 ; 3dmodel_02 etc.. Because i cannot trust to save always in just 1 single file with the worrying of it getting corrupted. So PLEASE modify the settings of Autodesk Fusion 360 in order to set the time frame of autosaving under the 5min. Like Autosaving each 1minute and creating at least 3 autosaved copies of the same file. 1 per minute, so we have 3 files per each 3 minutes and after 6 minutes the 3 old ones gets auto-deleted. Thanks. (P.S. The Crashes happen very frequently, i can't even modify a sketch or draw a lign that THEY happen, or even worse. I select a sketch to modify it and the sketch after a huge loading gets deleted for no reason so i have to CTRL+Z to bring it back.)


|    SKETCH LINES ARE WAY TOO COMPLEX FOR NO TRUE REASON

|    #Autodesk in my Opinion you could clear and lighten the design of the lines a little bit more you might want to generate more contrast between the Lines and the background itself of Fusion 360, you might let the lines be more visible even with a sort of "Futuristic Glow Effect" of the lines themselves. So you see them better, and you might want to integrate a system that self identifies the conjunction between two lines intersecating with each other based on different 3d planes. It's hard to explain with words, but i hope you get my point, the Loft Function basically works better.. or even works only if the lines/boundaries from different planes perfectly fit with each other, so please attempt to figure out a way to turn drawing lines more simple and better understandable for the Human brain and eye. Another thing which is very needed is that Fusion 360 seems to not be very "user-friendly" when you have to work with Organic or complex type of geometries. Could we have a sort of more enhanced 3d drawing? and not a one which just limits to 2d planes? I know there is the projection function, but it's not that practical.

|    LOW FRAMERATE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM / BAD OPTIMIZATION

|    #Autodesk i've been using Fusion 360 basically since it came out for the first time. And what i saw unchanged in these months and.. well i wouldn't say years but yeah.. time passes pretty fast. Is that Fusion 360 have a bad way to render the 3d model. If the model is not that complex it renderers it with an absurd amount of detail, which is good for the eyes but not that much for the pc. But of course this depends on the 3d model complexity itself. But if the 3d model is more complex, if it occupy more space, like if it's a huge structure, a building for example. Then Fusion 360 renders it in a very horrific way, some parts of the 3d models gets all compressed and smashed, they become very ugly looking, and it's impossible to work with parts like that. Ok slightly forget about this, i just notice the problem seem.. SEEM to have been fixed, i had this issued on another 3d model of mine, made in Fusion 360. But i won't lie Autodesk, the program still very heavy, so please if you can attempt to Optimize it a little bit more. Thanks a lot Autodesk and Have a Great Day ! :')

*Oh P.S. and in My Opinion 3d Imported models should able to work with them in Fusion 360, able the possibility to cut, fix etc imported 3d meshes.. models.

Thanks Again ! :')   --- Wait would be possible to generate an automatic system that retrieves data from a 3d imported model and then Computes a BETTER (CAD - Professional) and Enhanced version of it? Would be possible to have an automated system like that? It would be Absurdly Great :,) :') And i would complete my 3d works in a matter of days instead of weeks or months. :')))

All the problems in the kernel and 3D engine Fusion 360.

Once (in the 80s) Dassault Systemes realized that high-quality 3D core, which has good math is a basis of the capabilities of CAD and the future, large platform for subsequent improvement. Thus was born the engine CGM. First, based on it made in CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 next, and after 3DEXPERIENCE. CGM engine allowed them to do it, is the Foundation of innovation.

Autodesk has not yet established efficient engine, especially for surfaces. Therefore there will always be problems with the construction of patches and their tangency or continuity to other patches. In addition, the calculated geometry of the features will be always slow. If Autodesk ever decides to rewrite the engine, then only we can hope for improvement. And do not confuse adding CAD features with alteration of the core itself.

To solve the problem, they need to rewrite the kernel. And a crucial role in this process is mathematical calculations.

Strongly second the stability.

Fusion 360 seems to be only good at making bottle caps and tin cans.

More than that and it crawls to a halt. Even on super computers.

The code must be full of "wait 1 second" lines...

As for the importing models... Isn't that already implemented? You need to turn off design history, import/upload a STL and then use the fancy hidden right click command to try and turn it into a model.
