Highlight the sketch tab in browser when editing that sketch
Sometimes you can lose track of which sketch you are actually editing. Yes! that happens when you have many.
Idea: provide an indicator of the sketch being edited, perhaps by highlighting it in the browser with those little diagonal lines, or a glow, or whatever in the browser.
