Fabrics and flexibles in Fusion360

Fabrics and flexibles in Fusion360

I really wish that I could bend, squish and wrap/unwrap my parts.

Cosplay, chair covers, clothes, even paint requirements etc would be fun to develop and build.

Considering the 2D laser cutter integration, those features would integrate seamlessly.

Does anyone know if fabrics are coming to Fusion360?

Love this idea! Voted!

For now: Note that you could use the free AutoDesk Meshmixer to unwrap complex shapes. See this example video. I guess you could model the shape, then cut it where you expect the seems and unwrap it in Meshmixer. Also note I have never tried this and only stumbled upon it once before. Would be interested to know if anyone can get it working succesfully for any of the examples you pointed out!
