A lot of rectangular and round tubes are laser cut these days. Please expand the functionality of sheet metal so that tubes can also be cut properly, with the cuts always perpendicular to the surface of the tube. Here are some screen shots from Creo as an example.
Tubes need to be designed the way in which they are actually cut by the machine!

1. This is the way Fusion360 would make a cut in a tube (correct me if I am wrong, I have barely used it)
2. These are proper sheet metal cuts, with the sketch projected onto either the inner or outer surface, and then cut perpendicular to the surface:
