Expand/Collapse All Feature, and hidden objects Tree

it would save everyone from navigating through all items. 

i mean , with all of the trees expanding like that. i would like to have a collapse all feature like we have in 3dmax. it would really save me.

and also a special tree that sort my hidden and shown object
