Although this is not yet possible, the drawing's team has started work on a feature that will allow you to import a DWG containing a your title block (including the logo) and use it as a title block in new or existing drawings. I can't say when it will be ready for release, but its coming.
In the meantime, we are asking users to send us their title blocks in DWG format (see The Drawings team needs your title blocks! post) so we can ensure we support as many variations as possible. Any chance you could send us a DWG containing your title block?

We are working on this right now - estimated to be 50% done. We'll projecting to have this ready by sometime in July. Logo insert will be available in our June update.
