Create aligned projected view to a angled surface

I can not detail some job because to the lack the drawing setting.

I made a side view and I can't project a view that on a angle from it to show and detail the hole that in the top of the surface.

Can a aligned view command be made to project that face to show the hole so it can be detailed. Not a section view that you cannot

dimension.

I have this problem also, and it was on my very first drawing that I did on Fusion 360.
