convert dimensions to user parameters

Creat parameters on the fly by right clicking an existing dimension and naming it

Also, since it's not always obvious that a dimension is derived from a parameter, right-clicking such a dimension should  display the name of the parameter.

You can click on the design tab from the sketch and make a new user parameter, but being able to do it right in the dim would be awesome.
