Contextual command-line with autocomplete

I think it would be very helpful to have a shortcut (like ~ or something) that opens a contextual command-line like the one in Autocad.

It is a great timesaver to not have to hunt through the menus after every piece of functionality.

Yes, this is something we're working on now, but may not be ready for other 3 updates.
