CAM: Option to show tool numbers in CAM Operation Description

This past week at AU, I saw an HSM Works option to add a "T[x]" in the CAM tree for each operation (e.g. T3 2D Contour, T44 Horizontal) - it's a nice way to view the tools being used without having to expand each cam tree operation details

It's especially useful when you have different numbers for the length and diameter offset.

So those need to be in there as well.
