(BOM) Bill of Materials / Parts list - easy EXPORT without drawing

Hi,

there are two ways of doing it right now:

1. Create an drawing, place a view, place BOM table in it and then export it in CSV.

2. Buy and install an app from Autodesk Appstore and than you can do it directly on assembly.

Lot of times I just need to create BOM export for colleagues but I dont need a drawing. So make a quick BOM export would be great.

Just put the CSV export to Make tab or Assemble... or an export .csv option... Anything that is faster and easier approach without drawing.

There is a free sample script included with Fusion that exports a simple BOM and a free app here with more options.

 Would love this! Very useful for order lists! 

I love the simplicity of a function like this, quick to pick up and much higher chances of being implemented!

I have previously posted a somewhat over-extended idea which was aimed at using Fusion for full data control and being able to create order lists was top priority.

The free third-party script work alright but it'd be nice if this was built right into the software, because the script won't update itself when updates are released.
