I think fusion should have a feature that allows it to auto upload file.
It should auto upload files which are in a specific folder. So inside Fusion 360 there should an option where it says auto-upload files, so it keeps uploading any files which are in that folder, so as soon as a new file is dropped into that specific folder it is uploaded to Fusion 360.
