Allow all windows to be resized on all edges
Can we have all the windows resizable by dragging any edge, regardless of window position? I'd like them to stay the size I left them too.
The Parameters and Material Browser windows can be resized by dragging any of the 4 edges. This is good, and shows it can be done. Others can only be resized by the bottom right hand corner, eg McMaster-Carr, Switch Sheet Metal Rule, Physical Material, Appearance. Some of these also can only be resized after they have been moved away from the edge of the screen.
