Add 'Last' virtual selection set to 'Selection Sets'

The selection is often lost with little or no justification and then cannot be restored except by hard manual work!

Case in point: turn on (or off) a section analysis view. Or: aborting certain operations.

Suggestion: add a virtual selection, called Last, in Selection Sets, with a nice little icon. Clicking on it restores the last selection.

(The Selections Sets folder will then always appear because it's non-empty.)
