6 tool library ideas that I feel are important

These changes would drastically simplify the organization of my library.

1:

The ability to set different speeds/feeds for different materials. Perhaps a dropdown menu.

2:

Add a checkmark field/option to account for chip thinning in the operation's tool/passes tab.

3:

Expand options for tool material/coating in Cutter field.

4:

Add the ability to change the order of tool libraries, right now they are only alphabetical. 

5:

Be able to add folders within folders. 

6:

Add another IPT field for full slotting.

For example: Niagara cutting tools usually provides different IPT recommendations depending on whether full slotting or using a small stepover.

7. A field so set an offset. So i can define roughing tools and the offset (if it set) will automatically used in the operation. So never forget to set it.

8. If an operation is locked, don´t change the speed and feed if i edit the tool speed and feed from the tools menu
