ESTmep export2d dwg improvements

The 2d output from ESTmep could be improved so that the drawing in AutoCAD looks more like it was drawn in AutoCAD by a competent user.   My ESTmep 2d dwg output looks like %#@%^#! (no layers, no dimensions, text from dimensions stacked on top of each other hiding in the corner, circles a series of 3d polyline with Z=0 etc.)  The attached file is a sample of what I get.
