Hi, I'm having the same problem. I have tried clicking on various products that I do not have licenses for, but no pop-up window asking me to renew has appeared.

Hi @tnottage,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community! I apologise for the late reply as I was on vacation last week.

I've just checked your account and I can see you are verified into 2025. However, I don't see an updated AutoCAD subscription which ended on 9/17/24. Can you try to download AutoCAD from the Education Product page again? You don't need to reinstall, it just happens that button to download the software also assigns a license to your account.

I hope this helps,

Hi Leo,

I have redownloaded AutoCAD but I am still getting a window pop-up telling me that my license has expired when I open the product. However, the product is working. Thanks for your suggestion, but I'm not sure it has yet to make a difference?

Hi @tnottage,

I've checked your account, and the expiry date for AutoCAD hasn't changed, so I've created a case for you with our Education support team, who will be able to investigate this further. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
