I selected the wrong role.
I should have chosen the position of student but ended up choosing to be a teacher.
I would like to remove the current role and start the process to add my role again pls.

how can i connect with real person in autodesk assistant i just click connect with an agent but no reply like about 20 min untill now. do i need to wait untill they reply.(i relly dont know any thing im just year 1 in university and my english is not that good)
