Problem with Education Export Screening

Hello, I received the confirmation message but when I try to download a program on the Autodesk website, I get this message "your educational eligibility to access autodesk products is currently undergoing standard export screening" and it doesn't let me do anything.

 

And the process has lasted for more than 2 weeks, and I also created a case to the education department, but as you can see, the status remains the same.

 

Is there any solution to solve it?

I've had a look at your case and escalated the case to our export compliance team. Unfortunately, Export Compliance in certain regions is particularly complex due to the requirements needed.
