Your educational eligibility to access Autodesk products is currently undergoing standard export screening.

What should I do next to get an access?
Thanks for helping

Hi @ekaterina_loik,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Export Screening is a legal requirement Autodesk must fulfill when selling software globally to ensure we comply with the relevant export laws. I've checked your account and I can see an open case with our support team, who are asking for further details to help get this message clear. Please continue to work with them so they can collaborate with our Export Team to get your account approved.

I apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience,

All the best,

Hi @ekaterina_loik,

I wanted to follow up and make sure you're all up and running with your account as I can see the exporting screening process has now been completed. Is there anything else I can help you with? If everything is working well, I'd be happy to hear from you; otherwise, please don't hesitate to let me know of any issues or questions.
