i need to renew my educational access - no more attempts

I sent my student ID and I received an email saying that they are unable to confirm my eligibility. I also sent a different document but I achieved the limit for today. I need to use my Autocad and I can’t. Please help. I sent my student ID which is valid and I also send my ISIC ID card. 

I did the same thing last year and the year before that and it was never a problem.
