Help, Please Change my Educational Institution

Hello, I actually have a little bit of a problem. Theres seems to be many educational institutions with similar name to mine and i accidentally chose the wrong one again. It could really help if you could reset my information again. Thank you for your help.

I also have a similar problem. I had an Autodesk Education Access for one term. Now I am trying to renew it, but ran into some issues. I have changed schools in the meantime, but there seams to be no option to change the school on the form on the Education website. What options are available to renew my license?
