Cant verify my eligibility for educational license

Dear reader,

I took a look at the forum before posting this but I cant find a solution for my issue.

I am a grad student, planning on graduating on May 2026 and I cant renew my Fusion Educational License where I hold lots of my research. After filling the form with all correct information, I got this pop up:

Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contactSheerID(our identity verification provider) if you need to try again

I contacted SheerID and they told me to contact Autodesk, that they cant solve this issue.

Im a bit lost so I decided to post here.
