I have just renewed my Student License for the AutoCAD product. Problem is, the "Access Products" page given by the Educational Access page is now not working. Everytime I go there, there is nothing but blank space. I don't see any products, please help!
Hi @dias_iron05,
Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I've just checked your account, and I can see AutoCAD is there - so you should be good to go. Are you accessing https://manage.autodesk.com/products?
I'd also recommend trying a different browser or failing that, download AutoCAD from the Autodesk assistant and sign in with your AutodeskID to activate.

Hey, so I tried to sign out from AutoCAD to reset the license. But for some reason, the button with my gmail on it wasn't working anymore. I've "externally" signed out using "reset_login_win.bat", it was successful, but now the "Sign In" button isn't working. Is there a way to sign in externally?
Hi @dias_iron05,
Can you share a screenshot of the sign-in button you are referring to? I'd like to make sure we are both on the same page.

Hi @dias_iron05,
Did you manage to resolve the issue you were having with the 'Access products' page? If everything is working well, I'd be happy to hear from you; otherwise, please don't hesitate to let me know of any issues or questions.
