RESOLVED: Currently experiencing an outage and the team is working on this.

Hello, 

Thanks for sending in your feedback to the team, we are currently experiencing an outage and the team is working on resolving this as soon as possible.   Once we have this resolved, we will post an update in the forums and on the Autodesk Health Dashboard.  

Also be sure to sign up for the Autodesk Health Dashboard, that way you will get notifications when there is an issue like this, or planned outage for updates.   

Autodesk Health Dashboard:

"We are experiencing an outage that is impacting all data access interactions. These include but not limited to Open, Save, Upload, Export and Viewing. We are working actively to correct the problem and will update this page once it is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."  

Thanks again for sending in your feedback to the team and sorry for the delay, we are working as fast as possible to restore the service.   Thanks for understanding and again sorry the delay.

 

UPDATE:  We are still working on this and shooting for around 11:00pm Pacific Time.  Again this could push out, but the team is working hard to resolve this.  I'll update again if it goes past this time span.    Thanks again for all your patience and understanding.  

 

UPDATE: A360 is back up and running

Is there an ETA by chance? I really need access to data to present to a customer.

Thanks Gary for checking back and we do not have an ETA on this at this time.    Once we have more details we will update this post, and you can also sign up for notifications on the Health Dashboard, that way you will get an eMAIL with any changes.

Quick update, the team is still working on this and working to be resolved by 6:00pm Pacific time. We will update you further if this changes.
