On-Screen Menu for the Object

The ACAD P&ID is loaded on BIM 360 (Adsk. Const. Cloud).
The TAG number is shown, and when right-mouse button clicked,
The more pop-up commands are shown (red arrow).
Can I add or develop more command on this pop-up menu?
For instance, hyper link to the file (doc, dwg, pdf, or any file) on BIM 360 folder?
Or, hyper link to URL(http://......) which have more information about the object?
If we can do this with BIM360 API, what BIM360 API function can do this?
Please advise.

which makes shows the selected entry, the 3 entries above scroll, and the 5 entries below the selected entry. It doesn't have it's own standalone scroll variable (yet), so if the mouse was to go below, it'd scroll, but if it was to try to highlight an entry it would scroll back up. It should be fairly easy to work out, in fact I feel pretty stupid since I'm writing out the obvious solution but didn't think of it while trying for 6 hours lol.
