Connect Project Docs with PowerBI

Hi Community,

anyone knows how to connect the ACC / BIM360 platform with Powerbi to read all the documents and its metadata from a specfici project without download all the docs in the computer?

in Power BI there is a Autodesk construction cloud connector. the only thing you have to do is to create a dataconnector request so the connector can read that data. the request can be sheduled in the account admin enviroment.

hi @c.schoneveld thanks for your response.

However, it does not work.  the ACC connector does not read the files that each project contains.

It read admin data, but not project specific.

I will need to read all the documents per project and the connector does not do it.

To my understanding, in addition to use the App for Power BI and the Project to Power BI Template, you could also get data of “Project Online” through OData via PWA URL.

My question is, is there an equivalent way to get data (tables) of “Project for the Web” through OData (or something similar) directly?

(If I’m not mistaken, “Project for the web data” lives in CDS or Dataverse? As opposed to PWA site where data for “Project Online” lives?) https://mobdro.bio/
