3ds max 2020 installation problem

Hi, I have downloaded 3ds max 2020 student version on a different pc. I copied it on usb and ran installation on another pc. But a message came "Please insert the disc: the Autodesk entertainment creation suite 2019 provide an affordable..........." I dont know how to proceed further. Clicking 'No' exit the installation. So what should I do?
