I share an office with a younger guy I've been training on preparing drawings for a few months, and he's picked it up pretty well. It's to the point that I'm happy to let him work on things on his own and then review them later. Often we find ourselves in a situation where we may only have one project to work on at a time. Most of our stuff ends up being 10 to 20 paperspace tabs with 3D models in modelspace. What would be incredibly useful to use is the ability for both of us to simultaneously edit the same .dwg so that we can equally tackle the workload.
I also think it would be immensely helpful as a teaching tool. To be able to work side by side with someone new to AutoCAD would greatly speed the learning process!
I understand it might be limited to network speed, but for people working within the same office, I doubt it would be a hindrance.
